My approach
Hello, my name is Jennifer Hogan, and I am a Psychological Therapist in North Hampshire with over 10 years of experience in the NHS and 4 years in private practice working with young people and adults. Currently, I work in a community service within the NHS, and I have extensive experience supporting individuals with complex trauma and enduring mental health problems. I specialise in treating phobias, panic, depression, trauma, and stress management.
My aim is to offer a safe environment where you can freely explore your thoughts and behaviours. I draw inspiration from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), helping individuals regain their sense of self and build a life with more confidence and meaning. I strongly believe in the power of human connections and value emotional safety to support people in making positive changes.
Outside of work, I practice the same self-care I encourage in others, ensuring I have time to rest, move, and connect with friends. I balance joy and wellness by enjoying laughing, dancing, and of course, indulgences!
